Step 1: Download Your ENBD Statement

1. Log in to Emirates NBD Online Banking or the ENBD Mobile app.
2. Go to Accounts → Statements, pick the account and date range.
3. Choose PDF (the only machine-readable format ENBD offers — there is no native CSV).
4. Email statements arrive password-protected by default. The password is usually your date of birth in DDMMYYYY format or the last 4 digits of your Emirates ID — check the ENBD email body.

Common Issues & Fixes

• Wrong password. ENBD passwords for emailed statements are not the same as your online banking password. Try DDMMYYYY of your date of birth first.
• Scanned PDF. If you photographed a paper statement, the parser will route it through OCR. Use at least 300 DPI for clean results.
• Closing balance off by a few fils. Usually a thousand-separator misread on one row. The repair UI highlights the suspect row before you export.
