Import Bank Statements into Xero

ClearlyLedger turns PDF bank statements into a Xero-ready CSV with Date, Description, Debit, Credit and Balance columns. The output is normalized for Xero imports and checked for balance integrity before download.

Xero import workflow

1. Download your statement PDF from your bank.
2. Upload it to ClearlyLedger for extraction and balance verification.
3. Download CSV.
4. Import it in Xero from Accounting > Bank Accounts > Import a Statement.
